This year has taught us to start thinking differently about how we space plan, how we influence interactions and movement of hotel guests, as well as how we can impact emotion and comfort levels through the use of natural materials, streamlined design and the introduction of greenery. I hope that all hospitality design firms continue to consider biophilic and sustainable principles within their designs even following the pandemic."
